Regular Pricing:
$250 for Medication Administration (Must be completed before passing medications.)
$100 for Standard Precautions (Must be completed before starting on the floor.)
$100 for Fire Safety (Must be completed within 90 days of hire.)
$100 for First Aid and Choking (Must be completed within 90 days of hire.)
Or $450 for all four primary courses
Highlights:
Student will receive an online study guide and post test for each course. To successfully pass this training, a score of 90% or higher must be achieved, in accordance with UW-Green Bay rules and state regulations. If a participant does not pass, they can retake the test one time. If they do not pass after the second attempt, they will need to retake the class.
Student will receive a certificate of completion and name will be added to the State Registry for each successfully completed course.
Class Requirements:
Classes are instructor-led and meet in real time online so attendance is mandatory for all scheduled hours of each class.
UW-Green Bay requires students to be on a device with internet access, a camera (turned on), and a microphone to visibly and audibly participate in the online classes.
UW-Green Bay requires students to submit a copy of their driver's license or photo ID before their name can be added to the State Registry. This requirement ensures proper identification and must be completed through the student account portal before your first training.
