My name is Cynthia Allen-Lowe, founder of Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC. We provide state-approved CBRF training for community-based residential facilities (CBRFs) in Wisconsin. Our curriculum, developed by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, includes all four required core trainings:

  • Standard Precautions
  • Fire Safety
  • First Aid & Choking
  • Medication Administration & Management

I am a Certified CBRF Instructor through UW-Green Bay and accredited by the State of Wisconsin to offer distance learning for all four CBRF certification classes. My name and instructor ID (T106535) are listed in the Wisconsin Training Registry - Instructor Registry, which can be verified on the official website.

With 25+ years of nursing experience in long-term care, ventilator care, and private duty nursing, plus a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Communication, I bring both clinical and administrative expertise to my students. My goal is to empower caregivers with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the healthcare industry.

At Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC, we provide essential training for caregivers, facility owners, and administrators to meet Wisconsin’s requirements and advance their careers. Our programs equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality care. We offer the following training options:

  • Our CBRF Certification Classes are delivered through live, instructor-led Zoom sessions covering the four state-required courses. Upon successfully completing each course, your name will be recorded in the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry.
  • Caregiver Continuing Education includes self-study eLearning courses that fulfill the 15-hour annual training requirement (DHS 83.25).
  • American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Training provides online instruction in emergency response skills.

Steven Robertson is the Associate Director of EOP & Pre-College Programs at Marquette University. He is an entrepreneur who thrives in motivating others to find and live on purpose. As a Motivational Speaker, Coach, and Mentor, Steven has challenged others to live out their life on purpose.

Steven’s message of persistence and grit inspires youth and adult audiences as he shares his personal story. Determined to be the same “warm demander” for other youth that his mentors had been for him, Steven has devoted more than twenty years of his professional life serving youth. He counts it a privilege to inspire them to realize, refocus, rebuild and reach their academic and personal goals despite obstacles they may face. His life mission is to help students to go, succeed, and graduate from college.
