As an instructor, my goal is to empower my students with knowledge and valuable insights to thrive in their jobs, advance in their careers, and contribute positively to the healthcare industry.
Our mission is to provide quality, affordable education for the assisted living community while inspiring our students to positively impact the lives of their residents. We are dedicated to empowering youth, nurturing future healthcare professionals, and creating job opportunities that launch fulfilling careers in healthcare. Together, we strive to build a stronger, more compassionate healthcare community.
With full awareness of my qualifications and limitations, I will do my utmost to maximize the potential of the nursing profession and to uphold and advance its standards. I will maintain the utmost respect for humanity. I make these promises solemnly, freely, and upon my honor.
CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) training provides caregivers with the skills and knowledge to assist residents in a variety of settings, such as assisted living or group homes. It covers topics like medication administration, emergency procedures, resident rights, and communication skills. The training aims to ensure caregivers can provide safe and effective care to residents with diverse needs.
In addition to CBRF Certification for the four state registry training courses, we provide 15 Self-Study eLearning Courses for caregivers to receive the annual 15 hours of continuing education requirement mandated for CBRF employees by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS 83.25).
American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED training equips individuals with the skills to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies. It covers basic first aid techniques such as wound care, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator). The training aims to empower people to respond effectively to situations like cardiac arrest, choking, and injuries until professional medical help arrives.

"I returned to the healthcare/caregiving field after many years away. Cyndee's trainings were refreshing, natural and easygoing. Her servants heart is evident in her teaching. There's no doubt she cares, not just for the patients or residents, she cares that those of us she trains understands the material and the importance of our roles in caring for others. I enjoyed her presentation style and genuineness. I'll definitely take my CEUs through Cyndee's CBRF Training."

The classes were amazing and full of great information needed to equip me for my new chapter in Wisconsin in the healthcare field. Having been in this line of work for 15 years and many classes, Cyndee CBRF Training ranks at the top. Thank you for making it fun yet so informational."
