Driver's License or Photo ID Requirement
UW-Green Bay requires students to submit a copy of their driver's license or state photo ID before their name can be added to the State Registry. To meet this requirement, students enrolled in Cyndee's CBRF Training must upload their photo ID through the student account portal on our website at www.cbrftraining.com. This ensures compliance with UW-Green Bay's regulations and proper identification prior to the first training session.

Use of Information for Training Registry
Participants who successfully complete a required class for First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety, Medication Administration, or Standard Precautions will be added to the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry. Their full name and training information will be included in the Training Registry's public records. However, their contact information and date of birth will not be published on the registry. This information is gathered to confirm identity and to allow the Training Registry to contact the participant if necessary.

Yearly Continuing Education
Participants who successfully complete the Yearly Continuing Education receive certificates of completion, but their names are not added to the State Registry for these trainings.

Log Data
We also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
