However, if you plan to own or operate a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or an Adult Family Home (AFH) in Wisconsin, you must complete both the four core CBRF training courses — required for the Wisconsin Employee Registry — and additional administrator training to meet DHS 83 licensing requirements.

How to Start a Group Home in Wisconsin
