Requirements for the Four CBRF Certification Classes
- Mandatory Attendance:
Classes are instructor-led and held online in real time. Attendance for all scheduled hours is mandatory to receive credit. - Technology Requirements:
- Participants must use a device with internet access, a functioning camera (turned on for the entire class), and a microphone to actively and visibly participate.
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the class without a refund or rescheduling option.
- Identification Requirement:
- Participants are required to submit a copy of their driver’s license or state photo ID before attending their first class. This is a UW-Green Bay requirement for adding names to the State Registry.
- Identification must be uploaded through the student account portal prior to the start of training.
- Post-Test Requirements:
- To pass, participants must score 90% or higher on the post-test, in compliance with UW-Green Bay rules and state regulations.
- Participants are allowed one retake per class. Failure to pass after two attempts will require retaking the class.
Class Conduct
- Professional Behavior:
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all training sessions. - Participation:
Active participation is required. This includes being visibly engaged via the camera and contributing to class discussions when prompted. - Prohibited Displays and Activities:
To ensure a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment, participants must avoid displaying flags, signs, symbols, photos, nudity, or other content that could be disruptive, distracting, or inappropriate during Zoom meetings. If specific displays result in complaints or cause disruption, participants may be asked to make adjustments. Additionally, the possession or display of drugs, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, weapons (including firearms), or related items is strictly prohibited. Thank you for contributing to a positive and focused atmosphere for all participants. - Background and Environment:
Participants are expected to ensure their video background is free from distractions and maintains a professional appearance. Please avoid using distracting filters or effects that alter your appearance or draw focus away from the session. It’s important that your face remains visible, with appropriate lighting to ensure clear visibility. Classes are conducted as if we are in a traditional classroom setting—participants are expected to remain focused and engaged, avoiding activities or behaviors that may disrupt the session or distract others. Thank you for contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. - Consequences for Violations:
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without a refund or rescheduling option.
Certificate of Completion
- Participants who successfully complete the course and meet all requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certificate is automatically generated and can be downloaded through the student account portal.
- Additionally, for CBRF certification courses, your name will be added to the state registry upon successful completion, as required for compliance.

Employers must relay this information to their staff in advance of the class. Failure to do so may result in non-compliance, forfeiture of payments, or other consequences as outlined in these terms. - Technical Issues:
Participants are responsible for ensuring their equipment, internet access, and Zoom setup meet the necessary requirements for participating in the class. It is strongly recommended that participants test their setup prior to the class to confirm compatibility with technology standards. While Cyndee CBRF Training may provide limited technical support over the phone, including guidance and alternative suggestions for resolving issues, we cannot guarantee successful resolution. Ultimately, participants are responsible for meeting all technical requirements. - Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for meeting all course requirements, including uploading identification, attending all scheduled hours, and independently completing the post-test. Employers may assist with administrative tasks but should contact Cyndee CBRF Training for guidance regarding any accommodations during the post-test.
